Default Getting ready for the ALL important EVAP core switch out!!!

I got the parts today for the EVAP core that was found to be leaking ANY and ALL freon from the core! Now the only issue is finding time to pull this 8 hour job off without interefering with my business schedule. I have COMPLETELY makred off my calender for having next Thursday OFF to perform this LOVELY surgery!!! With that said... how many D owners would like pics to see what they may have to do in order to get their A/C working??? As I said before... the fridge will be stocked with beer, the boxes will be marked for parts/screws/bolts go, band-aids/peroxide within proximity, and just for fun I thought I might download a handbook on "famous" cuss words in FOREIGN languages that I am starting to learn this week!!!

Evap, blower motor & core.

Also, triple check the seal around the core box. Leaks there are very loud after it is all put back together.

have a large piece of card board to press the dash bolts/screws in. you wanna make a map of where all the screws cam from.. don't forget about the 4(i think) nuts on the engine side of the firewall.. those can be hard to find..
