I have a 2000 Durango 4.7. My a/c is still blowing it just seems as though it's not making it to the vents (dumping in the dash). Sound common or familiar to anyone? Would greatly appreciate any help.
I had that problem with my 02. It was the mode cam actuator that controls the blend door. One of the screws worked itself loose. It is found in the lower dash, near power outlet.
yeah... when i replaced my collapsed vacuum line all of a sudden like magic my cruise started working, air vents started working... amazing what a small $1 part can affect.
ok you guys are talking about 2 different hvac system setups, 98-00 had vacuum actuated doors, mid year 00 i believe, they switched to electric actuators, so either his electric actuators are gone bad, or he has a broken vacuum line

Thanks for steering me in the right direction guys. My wife is on a road trip in it and I'll have to wait til she gets back to look into it. Thankfully, for her sake, she said it just started working again out of nowhere. (told her not to touch a damn thing til I get it fixed, lol)
