Anyhow, are you consistently using a specific oil filter, Indy?

Glad to see that my credentials aren't overlooked, however half the time you can't read em.....LOL


What I was tryin to say was Indy could put some diesel fuel in his crank case and give her a run (parked of course but rev'ed some) with some cheap oil and drain/fill, let sit, drain/fill to try to clean it up a little bit. But if there is too much build up between the rings and it gets cleaned out then she'll burn oil.


But still, being Indy makes a good living I would push him to do a stroker kit like Widow in that bad boy, then he could talk lost of smack.....LOL

Not yet, but I'm about to fix myself one,

anyway there is some build up in there. What I'm talking about is trying to clean some of it out.

A K&N filter 95% of the time. I bought a case of them and keep then in the cabinet. 5% of the time it is a Mobil1 filter if it is a oil+filter combo sale at AutoZone. They are the same filter.

SS, your right. They are clean. HS is still delirious. He was derailed by sarcasm and can't seem to get back on the tracks.
