he is right, you should have started a new thread for your issue since it was different than the origional posters issue, you will get better help and more specific help.

however since you seem to know more than everybody else put together have a nice day.

well, idk if anyone cares anymore but I solved my problem.... I love getting email updates for someone else's issues

yes we do care if you solved your problem, sorry that someone else hijacked your thread.

i have to ask, was it a bad vacuum line? and where was the line located?

Default broken piece

the door on the front of the housing that directs airflow.... the hinge is broken. kinda my fault... I replaced the heater core but could not find the exact same one between several different stores.... the back flap of that door is hitting the heater core and it hit so many times that the hinge broke... I JUST charged my AC.... so I'm gonna cut a small square out of the top of that boz and pull the door out so I don't loose refrigerant pulling the dang box out. gotta rigg something up and put it back in and glue the box shut LOL I start college next month so I need to figure something out quick

thanks for letting us know what it was, and once you get it apart im sure rigging something up will be pretty simple.
