So do u guys think it should be capped off or is it just fine as it sits. The truck runs pretty well just a little dirty. Also do any of yall know where i could find the bushings for my transfer case linkage i cant find those things anywhere. Mine are all rotted out

Take that back just went outside and checked mine and it does have a cap over it so i'd go to the dealer and get one. And you can get those bushings on www.rockauto.com

You want a vent-able cap. Go to the dealer or get one from a junker.

As for the transfer case linkage bushings, you will have to go to a junker or make your own as they don't make them anymore.

You could pull out the old one or one from a junk yard. Then take the measurements and go to an auto parts store and get a universal Polyurethane bushing that is about the same size. Then widdle you a new one out of it. Look in the "Help" section at your local parts store.
