Well first and foremost you need to replace the battery.
Next concerting it is trying to fire with ether then I would say it is most likely a fuel issue. You can test resistance

Could it be the cam sensor? Wondering if a timing issue as well? I really appreciate all of the help that you guys are providing! This is a awesome site! I know my husband n I are bout at wits end trying to figure this out, first time I've ever owned a dodge, I'm a jeep girl! (I know same same) lol but will try checking the voltage on the coil
