Default rear suspension unstable

I've noticed that the rear seems to swing out a lot especially when entering an uneven turn or going over rough roads while turning. The rear seems to kick out which scares the crap out of me some times.

what needs to be replaced? Sway bar bushings, leaf spring bushings? etc.

2002 sxt 4wd. Parts seem to be reasonably priced so I don't mind replacing everything in the rear.
