Headlight Adjustment
There are adjustment screws you can turn. They are located directly above the center of the headlight. I would take and park on a level surface facing a flat wall (or card board) to do this so you have a good reference.
I had a bit for a drill that fit it perfectly, I just put it in a hex screwdriver and brought them up 5 or 6 turns, maybe even 8 lol. Ill find out tonight I guess. Thanks guys.

you should park on a level surface with the headlights aimed at a wall or garage door or something similar, then aim them where they belong(pretty simple to do with the lights turned on at dusk), the drivers side headlight should point across the truck a little bit, not straight out (the passenger side light will point pretty much straight out) and i think both angle just a slight bit down, but im not 100% sure on that.
adjusting the aim without watching where it is pointing is just asking other drivers to hate you bc your headlights shine in their eyes, and while these trucks dont have the brightest lights out there they are still plenty to blind oncoming traffic if aimed wrong.(yes i know alot of cars on the road these days seem to have their lights aimed wrong, dont get me started on that)

They were already at the proper adjustment but 90% of my driving is on pitch black highway and I just didn't like them personally. They are too high, so I will lower them. There are cars that come from the factory that have higher aimed beams than our Durangos/Dakotas were stock. I made about 6 or 7 screwdriver turns up, so I will decrease by 4 now and see if I like it.
So far nobody has flashed their brights at me. If they do, I can always show them MY high beams.

Here is a method I used that I found was easy and works well. Obviously you should do this at night. Make sure you have at least a half tank of gas. Turn the lowbeam headlights on and pull the car up to a wall as close as possible. This will let you easily see the concentrated hotspot of the beams. Mark those spots with a + using blue painters tape or black electrical tape. Be as accurate as possible. Now back up 25 feet. Use a tape measure and don't guess. Aim the headlights so that they sit 2 inches down and 2 inches to the right of their marks respectively. You can aim the right headlight maybe 3-4 inches to the right if you want to illuminate more of the side road. With this set up, when you turn the high beams on they should hit at the same height as the center of your tape marks on the wall, straight ahead down the road.
If you are looking for more visibility, consider polishing up your headlight lenses and replacing the bulbs. I just installed these bulbs and I believe they are the best 9007 bulbs out there. I highly recommend them. I used those along with new OEM headlight housings and my visibility is easily twice as much as before. But what will make the most significant difference is clear lenses.

Ive never tried those, but Ive always like Silver Star Ultra bulbs. If the ones you used are similar then Id like to see if theres a price difference.
