Default Issues with a 2000 durango

I have a 2000 durango with 160,000 miles on it, my check engine light came on. I went to o'reilly's to do a free dianogstic test on it and 3 codes came on a p1728, p0733, and a p0734. Could anyone tell me what these codes are?...I am still under warranty for my transmission would this fall under that category?..Thanks for any help you can give.

which engine do you have? yes this will make a difference for the transmisson codes

with the 5.2/5.9l engines
P0733 Gear 3 Incorrect Ratio
P0734 Gear 4 Incorrect Ratio
OR

with the 4.7 engine
P0733-GEAR RATIO ERROR IN 3RD
P0734-GEAR RATIO ERROR IN 4TH
the p1728 does not exist in our records, you sure that was the right number? not 1720??

Default it's a 4.7 liter

my warranty covers all internal parts, seals, gaskets, torque converter and transmission case. do you think those codes would apply to what i have covered?

i would expect it to be a sensor problem of some sort, however you should pm user Master Tech he is the transmission expert around these parts, he should be able to give you a better answer than i can.

Considering he has a "warranty" I would just take it in, besides the warranty company will get out of paying it anyway......LOL
