Install the old PCM and see if the light comes on, if so you have an issue, if not it's most likely in the reman PCM, but that would be strange. The other thing you can do is reset the ABS module. I have had to do this before in my truck.

Open the hood and inside the PDC is the main fuse (I think 40 amp). Pull the fuse and replace with a different one and check it also for burned. Leave it out for about 2 minutes before insertion. I have seen fuses look completely fine but not enough amp's can get through because it is slightly burned and you can't see it.

Hydra,

Pulled the fuse, cleaned the connections and swapped it with another, same issue.

I don't have the old PCM, I had to send it back for a core charge. I think I'm going to call the company that sold me the computer tomorrow, this happened immediately after I put the new PCM in.

That is, unless someone has some other ideas? I was also thinking about replacing the harness pigtail between the new ABS sensor and the main harness, but other than that I'm sort of out of ideas.

Have you check the ABS module for codes? You may have a vin number mismatch code. This happens to all PCM's when they are either replaced or flashed. You will need a scanner the can read the ASB module or the dealer.

I have a code scanner but it hasn't picked up any active or pending codes. Do I need a particular type of scanner?

If that is the issue, is it something I'm going to have to have the dealer fix?

The ABS system has it's own scanner, your OBD-II will not work. You would have to take it to the dealer to scan the ABS module.
