Check your battery cables for fraying / corrosion. Also check the starter cable connections. Possibly a bad starter motor.

Cables or starter. When it doesn't want to start test across the battery posts (not battery terminals) with a multi-meter and have someone try to crank the motor. If the voltage drop just a little then it is a bad connection, if it drops like 1.5 volts or so then it is a bad starter.

Also swap the starter relay with one of the same number like the horn relay in the PDC.
