What is a code 63, please?!!!
Hi folks,
Having some problems with my 2001 Durango SLT, and I'm hoping someone here can help.
My brakes suddenly got spongy, and both my brake light and ABS lights came on. I brought it to a shop and they hooked it up and got a code 63, but they don't know what that is. They said it is dealer-specific.
Can anyone tell me what this code means, and explain it?
Thanks in advance!

Welcome Aboard pwshep! Stay tuned - a Technician (or member) will jump in shortly to provide a possible solution. In the meantime, don't forget to browse Sub-Forums: Durango for stuff related to your ride. While you are waiting for a reply - I searched the net and found: P0063 HO2S Heater Ctrl Circ Low Bank2 Sens3
Did you see what they used to extract the code? What type or brand of scan tool? A lot of consumer level scan tools will not work on your truck,no matter what they tell you so it's important to know what they used.....The best is Dodge's DRB...
Closest I can tell is; 63- Rear Reset Switch Closed....
