Could it be in front diff?
Bottom ball joints loose...

Hub bearings? Are they supposed to make a noise?

i'm not entirely sure once they're off, but if theyre still on the vehicle and you can wobble them alot by hand, theyre bad

if the grease is greenish brown id say its contaminated, means the boot on that CV is likely torn, if so that could very well be your problem, and if it isnt then it will be the problem before too much longer, you will need to replace that shaft at this point.

Drive line or t-case ....is my next... how long can I have the front drive line out just for temporary .....

Front drive line out ...put in 4hi... clunk clunk noise gone :-)

i would get it fixed ASAP driving without the front driveline completely installed seems like a bad idea to me

Are the 4x4 and AWD prop shafts the same length?

prop shafts? do you mean the driveshaft? (from t-case to front differential?) or the axle shafts (parts that have the cvs and go from the differential to the wheel)

if you mean driveshaft then yes they are the same part # in the parts manual
