The "Axle shafts" are inside the axle housing on the back, but Sharps really meant to say the CV half shafts.

Think its time for a whiskey and coke
Now your talking my language, speaking of which I need to go make me one, been a few days so hold on a few minutes.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, the front drive shaft shows only one part number, the rear shows 2 separate drive shaft numbers. What I would do is simply take yours to a local drive line shop and have it rebuilt or install new U-joints in it yourself and re-install.

sounds to me like the drive shaft you put in isn't properly ballanced or is bent if its vibrating...

Dont do that! I keep finding little things wrong with my D, but I won't sell It, its a pain and I tend to be replacing something every weekend, but i know eventually things have got to stop breaking!

Hey Rango02RT, where did you buy the driveshaft, and was it new or refurbished? If it was new, could you tell me what company made it? I only ask because I took my front shaft off awhile back and am getting ready to get a new one. I don't wanna have to put one on just to take it right back off again.
