I freaking give up. I have been having problems with my radio for quite some time now. Seems most of the time it would cut on for a quick second then loose power. So I checked all the wiring, recrimped a my power wires, still didn't work. Accidentally blew the fuse screwing with something, replaced the fuse with another 10A fuse and viola, worked instantly and have had no problems...WELL NOW I DO!

Seems it likes to stay running, awesome, except when I hit the brakes. Stays on until about 5mph, then it cuts off. It will cut back on and load up almost immediately, but everytime I come to a stop it turns off. Could it be the fuse again? is there a way to test the fuse with my multimeter?

check to make sure your battery connections are good and clean, and also you might want to have you battery load tested. Weird electrical gremlins pop up if you have a bad battery or connections

Brand new battery bought last weekend (old one was bad) and connections are nice and clean...just pulled the fuse and tried using my multimeter to test continuity of the fuse by itself, got nothing....

Correction: Didn't have the leads plugged into the right holes, continuity of the fuse by itself is good. Getting a continuity of about 1.0 and a good solid beep

I'm still leaning towards a battery connection issue or something else along those lines. It seems very odd that it is only when you stop. It could be an alternator or voltage regulator not sending enough power when the engine is at idle. I suppose it's possible that there is a loose wire hanging somewhere shorting, but I doubt that

yeah I thought that, I have had the alternator tested at 4 different stores/shops, its good, connections to it are good, IDK, is there a way to test the wires from the battery?

It does turn on when Idling...it only cuts off for 2-3 seconds while I am stopping! By the time I am stopped, It is back on...it is VERY strange, it started like this and got worse before and changing the fuse worked. Think maybe I should slap a 15A in there and see what it does?

give the fuse a try, can't hurt anything. You may have a short somewhere in the wiring behind the radio.

I can say for sure though that you've got yourself a case of the electrical gremlins

Did you use a harness at all? I was worried about mine not working when I swapped from my Avenger to my Durango but it has worked well for way over a year without issue.

Yeah I have a harness. I think I found the problem. It also fixes the no bass issue. All speakers blown due to the polarity being backwards on the speakers. Some dumba** already hooked up aftermarket speakers, didn't cut the wires, just peeled away some sheathing and tied into it, reversed polarity and no electrical tape. Here is the rear passenger side. Might have caused the amp to screw up and in return screw up the deck power?

That looks truly awful! At least you now know what the problem is.
