Fog lights with high beams mod?

Got to love the first model year. Mine is not the same, and I was mistaken. My relay is in the upper slot where you show the jumper. The lower slot has no connectors in the socket so short of creative wiring, I guess I'll live with it. I have for 14 years already.

why do you want the FOG lights to work on highbeam? if you want extra lights on for highbeam why not buy some driving lights and wire them in to be on for highbeam. the fog lights are meant for fog not highbeam. here in BC, maybes its Canada wide there a law about fogs and driving lights extra from the main headlights. foglights are suppose to only come on when lowbeams are on and driving lights only when highbeams are on. cops do pull people over for misuse of fog and driving lights or having to many of them. 2 fogs and 2 driving lights extra from main headlights, anything more or anything in an incorrect location like the roof must be covered while on a highway and a highway is a broad term for pretty much anything thats not a private industry road or a game trail lol. ive even heard of cops pulling people over for using there fogs lights when its not foggy, not sure what came of that though.
