Default 2002 Durango R/T AWD prob ?

I recently purchased a 2002 Durango R/T and its has a AWD, 4HI , 4LO , but none of the lights are coming on so I dont think its going into the AWD . Is this a common prob ???? Or could it be the switch ?
Thanks

AWD doesn't have a light. Its understood to be in AWD just like normal 4x4 in 2wd. If the other light for 4hi and 4lo work you should be good.

if you have an AWD truck AWD is the defualt location, that is where it should be during normal driving, since none of the lights are coming on i would imagine that there is a connection issue somewhere, start by checking all the connections in the system, the plug in the dash and the plug underneath at the t-ase and the plug at the TCM

I bought a 01 a couple months ago, same thing... Do a look around on the form for TCCM and you will likely find your problem.
