Default Rear wiper switch

On my 99 the rear wiper only worked if I put the switch to on and pushed it in but then it squirted and wiped together it won't just wipe so I replaced the switch and it still does it so I'm at a loss as to what could be causing it ti do this

Possible fuse by chance? I am not sure but it may be that wiper fluid adn wiper at same time might be on a different fuse than just wiper by itself. Let me go grab my service manual and take a look for ya

There are not 2 seperate fuses from what I can see. Maybe the switch is a dud or just not getting the correct contact?

there is a 98 factory service manual available for download as pdf files in the FAQ thread if you would like to download it.

im going to ask the dreaded question, do you have any other electronic problems??? they will likely seem unrelated

Could be the motor or wire connection. I think the resistor is inside the motor harness.

Make sure you only grab a motor from a 1998 or 1999 as they changed them (I think) in all the other years.
