Default Little Help

Hey Guys,
I haven't been on the forum for some time since the Durango has been really good to me. I do have a small issue. I can't get the glove compartment open! Is there a lock in the 99 D that I'm not aware of? I doesn't feel like the latch is broken, it just will not pull open.
Any thoughts?
Thanks..

If there is a key hole in the handle of the door? Or you may have something just jamed in the latch.

I don't think any of them had locks. Mine got stuck open once and I had to replace the mechanism. See if you can either reach up from under the dash (not sure if you can) or use something flat to slide in from the top and release the latch

That would probably be the best thing to do or try to shake it around until it opens or becomes dislodged if something is stuck in there. Also isnt there a way to unbolt the door without it being open?

I guess I'll try all of the above.
Thanks
