ok so i went and pulled the fuse and its still doing that? is there another way to disconct it?

you pulled the fuse in the pdc under the hood

no sorry i pulled the fuse in the control panel on the side of the dash in the truck

ok i went and pulled the other fuse and put the one back in that was in the dash, ty now it quit makin the noise... ty for your help your much better than the first guy that tried to help me, he didnt do me no good lol

unfortunatly it sounds to me like the abs controller has gone bad, however pulling the fuse as you did will stop it from cycling the pump constantly and draining your battery, it also disables your abs braking system so be careful if you drive in snow or on wet/icy roads as you will be able to lock up your wheels now.

(ideally you should have the system scanned in order to determine where the problem lies for sure)

yes ty all for your help it was very very usefull. Im gona get it fixed as soon as i can. I have friend that can put the part in for me when i get it to save me from payin for shop time and yes shrpstrr i was just thinkin about that today cus i live in saskatchewan canada and winter time roads can be pretty bad but so far its suposed to b nice for next little while..

It sounds like a classic ABS CAB failure. This is the name of that black module (Controller) that is staying on beside the brake master cylinder. You can disconnect it and drive carefully as you will not have ABS, but your brakes will act mostly normal. You can send the CAB in to a few places and have it rebuilt for about $150. There are a few places that will rebuild yours and send it back to you:

ok ty for that info. i wuld assume its cheaper to get it rebuilt than to buy a new one?
