Default Seems simple: Transfer case neutral position

Not that I plan on needing to know this, but I can't stand not knowing how to use something on my truck. I can't seem to be able to turn the TC **** to the N position, is there some trick to this? I would look in the manual, but my truck came with everything but that.

Put the truck in neutral then move the shifter. Sometimes u have to put the truck in neutral, turn it off, move the shifter and then it'll go in. My old 97 ram had issues of going into neutral on the t case

dont have to have the truck off. the easiest way i know is to have the truck in neutral and let it creep a little bit while shifting the t-case.

Its got the electronic TC, so its a **** on the dash. It seems like the **** just won't turn to that position for whatever odd reason.

there is a little recessed button next to the N, push it with a pen or pencil while the transmission is in nuetral.

Ok, thanks! Makes sense then, I don't turn the **** to that position. I doubt I'll ever need it, but you never know what situations you may end up in...
