Exclamation No Low Beams! Please Help

I have just recently put H.I.D. lights in my 2002 Durango. One of the headlights was acting weird and my dad thought it was something wrong with the connector on the headlight kit so he was messing with it and he plugged it in backwards and now my low beams don't work at all. Even if I plug in my stock headlight only the high beams work. The fog lights also still work. For now I've been only having my high beams on with the headlights tilted down. I cant find anything that was fried at all. Please help

check fuses in both the door jamb fuse box and the PDC under the hood, there are labels telling you what each fuse is for on the covers to both boxes

I already checked all the fuses and relays and there is nothing for headlights.

what about the hidden fuse box that is behind the normal one up under the dash, or did they do away with that with the 2001 update

I don't think that is installed in 2001.

Anyway, that is why I don't install HID, or any of that crap in the first place. Issues all over with that here. As for your problem, well could be a bad relay, fuse, or you just kissed the CTM good bye. Disconnect the battery and do a PCM reset.

Revered wires I would assume. 9004 plus is the same as a 9007 however the pin layout is different.

For example the 9004 plug may have the ground wire in the center and on the 9007 the ground wire would be the bottom left.
