1. You didn't include a brand in your last post. 2. Do you know that you can test drive vehicles before you buy them?

I was going to say it sounds like a chain. Glad to see your going to get it fixed.

a couple of things there

1) torsion keys are a waste of money, do the same thing by cranking the ones that you have in the truck already (send back the ones that you bought)

2) you can buy any shocks that you want 2inches is not going to change shock travel by enough to matter.

3) the most lift you can get out of a torsion/shackle lift is 2 inches, this company just screwed you good.

Yep, after 2in you screw the front end geometry. I would expect to go through the whole front end every 10-15k cause of wore out parts. You need to do drop the diff and get a lower A arm drop bracket. Do a t/s lift with a 3in body lift.

If it's the 242 transfer case, and I believe it is, Full time 4WD is for constantly changing surface conditions, it allows some slippage(such as a snowy road with some clear dry patches) Part time 4WD is used when it's gonna be slippery all the time, like when you are on a beach or out in the mud. I know, it sounds backwards, but that's the best explanation I can give you. My jeep has the 242 case, and it always confused me, so I dug out an old owners manual to figure it out.
I love when the roads are slick and the racer boys are out, revving their engines etc. I'll pull up alongside them in the jeep, slide it into full time 4WD, and look at their confused faces when I punch it on the green and leave them in my spray. Gotta love shift on the fly.
