4.7 Leaking oil (Appears to run down Filter)
2000 Durango 4.7
Back Story.. Was changing Oil , used a Bosch filter and had a hell of a time getting in on.. Not like me at all , Ive done this truck 4-5 time a year for 5 years w/ no issues. After replacing the PW steering pump and giving it a test drive I realized that I had No oil pressure, after checking the truck with engine running there was a major leak of oil coming off of the filter. Seemed to me to be coming from an area directly above the filter if not from the top of the filter itself. Replaced the filter with a Fram (Just to make it easy to take on and off while diagnosing) and the exact same thing was happening. Checked oil levels, only 1qt down. So it hasnt been happening long I assume.
Friend who works at Advanced said I could have stripped the guide bolt, but after research I haven't seen anyone else do that on a 4.7. Any ideas what it could be ?
Original thought was that I cracked the blok on the botton end some how ? But after some reasearch I've read people with sorta similar issue , but none of them had the exact issue or the same solution
Any help would be appreciated !

is your oil pressure gauge reading anything on the dash?
the oil pressure sensor is right above the oil filter on the 4.7?
is there a washer stuck to the plate that the oil filter touches when it threads on?
if the guide bolt was stripped i would expect you to feel it when you put the filter on
