It's been a while since I've messed with the truck, I have no spark at the coil. Recap, I have replaced the crank sensor, ignition pickup in the distributor, rotor, coil, i have no spark, fuel is fine, What do I do next? Pull the comp? Can I get that tested somewhere?

If you did not unhook your Negative battery cable before you replaced the or cam crank sensor it will fry the new sensor.
