My D down for the count. :(
Ouch! Mines currently waiting to get the tailgate replaced and the bumper fixed and repainted, I would do it myself, but have no room or tools to even think about it, but my dad knows the guy that owns the shop its going to, they do very good work. No matter what some people say, I think SUVs and big heavy cars are so much safer than the small light ones.
2000+ setup huh? I think I can manage that. Would love to increase mileage during this whole process too. So def getting a lot of upgrades. Lol. I agree Compact, I love my heavier vehicles. I'm less like to be hurt when **** like this happens. Lol. I don't have tools for everything, but when the situation comes that I need one, I go get it. Lol. That's the best way to build a tool collection. Lol. Grinders are VERY versatile and effect for everything from buffing the body to sanding it to grinding off some old rivets on them damn ball joints. Lol. You can get so many diff head attachments.
Sure can! There are a few D's around my town both 1st gen and 2nd gen. Seeing them driving them around makes me sad. What is worse is I saw a blue 98 the same as mine, just diff color, pullin' a 34ft pontoon boat. Mad me more sad. LOL! I get to borrow my dads D sometimes. He has a purple 06 5.7L with top of the line tow package, all leather, 3rd row. All the good stuff. Lol! Its got dual Magna exhaust with dual cutouts, BullyDog tuner, custom ram air setup. Its super fun to drive! Lol. But it just makes me miss mine even more.
