Default A/C not cold

I am not getting cold air thru the front compartment dash vents however the rear compartment roof unit blows real cold air. This tells me that the charge and compressor are good. Any suggestions of what I should look for? It is a 2000 Durango R/T.

The front and rear have separate expansion valves and evaps. The compressor and condenser are the only shared components.

It sounds like a blend door malfunction. Could be vacuum or electronic?
