I've got a boss chaos extreme 1800 watt amp. It is powering old school polk ex series II components 5 1/4 up front and 6 1/2 normal speakers in the rear door. I also have a 10 polk dxi sub. Gonna bridge it and add a DVC 10 dxi sub soon It is run by a JVC KDS-100. Sounds very nice. Not over powering bass like most kids I know have. Need the extra sub for highway driving cause where I mounted my current sub, where most D owner have their 3rd seat stored

bada** set up man. So your running just a single 10 now and gonna get another? I am hoping to run two 12's in the rear. Gonna pull the third row seat and bolt two seperate boxs, one on each side where the seat normally bolts to. Hoping for rockford fosgate all around but still stuck on which deck to get...

I have the other sub, just haven't had the time to build another box......
If my deck wasn't discontinued I would have recommended it. Definitely get a deck where you can change the sub output frequency and continuity. Makes fine tuning your system more precise. The problem with putting it in the 3rd row spot is that it drowns out at speed more than 60mph, I think the glasspack has something to do with that and that the lid for the compartment is so heavily carpeted. I holds those nice low tones but has trouble with bass drums, it seems to overdrive my sub and it loses clarity. So that is the point of the second sub is for the drums and then i'll tone back the current one just for lower frequency.

Signal amplifiers for the CB and IIRC he has a mobile ham rig setup in there too...
this guy is a nut... we also had a local guy that did something like that but, the county band together with the FCC to shut him down.. Reason? he had his radios so jacked up that the signal was bleeding over to other frequencies.
the final straw was when he started setting off fire pagers, hospital stuff and even the local airport every time he would be in the area and key up! I can see one wanting to mod a CB to get 50-100w out but when you have it so jacked up that you are affecting peoples live that just plain a$$atol.
