I can't remember which side of the fuse panel the flasher is on but I am pretty sure it is inside the dash on the back side of the fuse block. I replaced my flasher for $45 back in the day only to find out that the bastards that installed the security system in my D hacked all that up. I never bothered repairing it because my flasher is a generic $4 job now. I can live with that I guess..

Yea I hear ya Mean Green,, I just wouldn't think the flasher fuse would keep all the light from working inside an out,, But never know,,

On the 1998-1999 models, the multi-flasher is located in the main dash fuse panel, not behind it. In the 2000-2003 it is located behind the dash fuse panel.

Sorry hydrashocker but I just got a new flasher an put it in,, An it is under the dash on the side of the fuse block,, But It still didn't let my siganls work at all,, So now I got to find something else that will keep the signals from working on inside on the dash an on the outside,,,
