They both sound good imo, but I love glasspacks (if done correctly). With a v8 there really isn't a bad choice. Depends on if you want volume, tone, or both.

I have a fm 40 on my 5.9 and its still in pretty good condition after 5 years of mud and Ohio winters. Has a nice rumble at idle but seems to cackle a little at high rpms.

I know this is s little off the subject but I've recently installed (partially) a flowtech Raptor. I have not yet connected the exit pipe to the muffler due to f'ed up hangers sold to me by an auto parts store. (Will exit before rear pasenger tire) But Imo it sounds good a little loud but good.

True dual exhaust with dual Magnaflows with a X-pipe installed. Sounds like the Flowmasters that rusted off without the drone!

SUPER 44's Loved them on my 97 Grand Cherokee 5.2 Gave a mean mellow tone but got agressive in upper RPM range...just how I like =]

I've been wanting to redo my muffler for awhile now...I'd kind of like to know part numbers as well.
