hahahah Hydra, well the 2350 is new piston new rings new push rods, the whole 9 yeards, taking it apart and putting it back together from scratch with all new parts. You might be right and napa is $900, when I first did the parts it came to 1050 then I went back and changed it to the quantities I needed, and it went up big time, I will do it, but not right now I am guessing, decided to spend the $100 on my AC instead and have it vacuum pumped and recharged (which sprang a leak immediately from the expansion valve, which I fixed and the shop recharged it again for free for me)

Dude, you don't need to replace everything!

Replace what needs to be and reuse the block. If you want a new motor then purchase it, otherwise just fix what is bad and be done with it. I bet you will come out in the $1500's doing a great job.

I agree with hydra. If you get all the seals and bearing then wait to see what hard parts such as valves, pistons, springs, ect need to be replaced when you rebuild it will save you a lot of money with basically a new motor.
