Default Too many problems threads!

Hey guys, I look on the forum here everyday and nearly all of the threads are problems with Durangos, it's depressing, I know if something goes wrong with your D then this is a good place to ask about it, but we should also get other threads going that don't have to do with problems! Just a suggestion.

There are plenty of other threads on here that are not problems.. do a search and you will find hundreds...

As for problems threads, yes you are gonna have them.. durango's and anything else coming out of Detroit, or overseas are machines there bound to break no matter how well there built... if something that trivial depresses you then i recommend having your medications adjusted.

these trucks are getting some years on them and as things age they break down, most of what you see here is maintenance stuff that often gets neglected by most people.

So start a thread that doesn't have to do with a problem if it bothers you that much! Instead you started a thread to complain, which is a problem in itself.

This is the technical board, which means this is were you find answers to questions about your Durango. This means issues and problems, or longevity. This is not the area for "hi how ya doing".

If that is what you want there is a section for that called the Off Topic section. There are many discussion boards there for what you want. www.dodgeforum.com/forum/off-topic-10/

I would agree with most of the other members, That the forum does have the off-topic and regional sections. You could also start a social group or start a friendship list. Most of the members have add a location just under their joined date. Thats a way to set up a meet and greet with someone in your location or set up a meet and greet on the regional section. As Old School, Sharp and Hydra have said, this is the tech section and of course its when the members are having problem and they are looking for suggestion on how to find or fix their problem. Now you can write to any member just to say hi and how are you doing. So if you write, i will answer.

I personallu dont mind seeing prob threads, means ppl still drive their d's and dont trade them off for tue dealer to auction/scrap cause of age.

I figure your looking at a 9-14yr old vehicle and ppls mechanic exp and know how differ.

Sorry guys I didn't mean to be a annoyance by starting this thread, I was just making a suggestion that we should get different sorts of threads started. My apologies if I sounded rude.
