damn your right. after looking over the pics your right. cant believe i did that lol. hopefully me flipping the valce covers and correcting the vacum lines will fix my issues. think the vacum lines like this would cause the issues im having?

im pretty sure which side the valve covers went on doesnt matter all that much, iirc dodge switched the side that the breathers and oil fill cap go in on around the 2000 model year, hydra can confirm this and give more information.
