Since I'm not getting any new information, I will ask this: How can I connect the wires from the new speakers, to the old plug?

play the wire game you should be able to find out what wires are what in your haynes manual or online and just hook em up. Make sure you spend the extra 10 minutes to use the wire crimps instead of the good ole electral tape road better in the end.

save the plug off the old speaker and SOLDER it onto the new speakers do NOT crimp or twist the wires together as the connections will not last long term
