Default Help with sway bar bushings

Ok....the suspension on my 02 SXT is driving me crazy LOL...had some noise before...got the upper and lower ball joints on both sides replaced..along with tie-rods..and sway bar links...now after a few days its worse, a lot...I am thinking with the rest of the front end now stiffer and fixed..the bushings on the sway bar are really going now. Is this a pretty simple job to change out the bushings? I am not that mechanically inclined...I know where the bar is under the truck...it's just 2 bolts right? slap new bushings on there and bolt it back up? Anyone one else done this before with pics by chance? I really don't want to have to take it somewhere if I can do it my self...you guys are the best...I have been on this forum for a couple of years now...this is the first place I wanted to ask! Thanks!

Well, greased up my rear sway bar bushings today....went to do the front...took off the metal bracket and the bushing does not have an opening so I can wiggle it off? The bushing is totally closed up...am I suppose to cut the darn thing off? I'm a nooby here....

To get them off you have to take the entire sway bar off
