Here's another wiring diagram that's more general compared to the one above.

If the fan is dual speed (2 different hot wires) and the controller supports it you just have another feed from the controller activating another relay that powers the other speed.

BTW, I can highly recommend the dakota digital pac 2700 controller. I've been running it for nearly a year with no issues at all.

I bought a complete kit from FF Dynamics, its the electric fan with aluminum shroud, installation kit,and wiring.Just got it in this morning, looks like a well put together kit.The controller, relay etc are all waterproof sealed, has the option for a temp probe or screw-in style sensor.
Might get started on this after work tonight and see how it goes. Here is a pic of the wiring:

Where did you guys tap into 12V ignition power under the hood for your setups?

you should be able to find constant, ignition on, engine running, and a/c feeds all from various relays in the relay box. I don't remember which ones I got power from off the top of my head. I believe I got engine running and a/c on from the a/c relay, and constant 12v from the fog light relay. I did get a few of the feeds from inside the cab since my controller mounts inside.

Well, got it all hooked up,night and day difference driving the truck,I think anyway, definitely less drag on the engine, and a lot quieter.
Going to clean up the wiring a little better when I get time, was beat last night doing this after working all day, didn't feel like it.

And I hooked up an led so I know when it's running:

Thanks for the pics of the relay wiring that guy, definitely a huge help when running the a/c clutch wiring and ignition switch.
