Default Misfire + codes help

Alright guys, I just changed my spark plugs and wires today and now I seem to have misfires on 2 cyl a long with other codes(some where already a problem, misfire is new).

I'll list all the codes and what the codes mean (i looked them up here), and maybe some one as seen this be for and can point me in the direction to look.

P0505- Idle air ctrl motor circs

P0300- Multiple cylinder misfire

P0302- Cylinder #2 misfire

P0171- 1/1 fuel lean

P0307- cylinder #7 misfire

P1195- 1/1 o2 sensor slow during cat moniter.

Truck does have a exhaust leak, but doubt that is the cause of what ever is going on.

If you have any suggestions feel free to share, It does not bother me to check everything Im told to look at. I'm here for advice, so any help is better then just looking at the truck scratching my head.

P.S: I will probably park this until i solve the problem, since i don't want to hurt anything from driving it.

I can only assume you checked the plug wires and firing order on the cap. As far as the exhaust leak, It depends on where the leak is at. If it is before the O2's, the PCM is not getting a acurate signal. Hence the P1195 and P0171.

I think the exhaust leak is the passenger side manifold. I can hear it from that side of the truck. I'm going out to pull 2 and 7 spark plugs to see if their damaged.

yes, i took care when putting the wires on. I removed one at a time so I was not to mess the order up.

Thanks for replay.

Change cylinder 2 spark plug with cylinder 7(switched them). No more code for misfire yet. I drove it around and got code for p0505, cleared it. I drove it again and come back with code p0443. Then i cleared that code and drove it again, and came back with no codes.

However I'm sure I'll get codes when i drive it longer, i just drove it around the block a few times. Still don't feel just right.

Update: Drove it for a good distance and got 2 codes. I also smell exhaust fumes inside the truck, but cant tell if its a fuel smell or coolant. I did see white looking smoke coming form the exhaust setting at the drive through.

Its not losing any coolant. Anyhow the codes it is giving is:

p0171 and p1199

Edit: No vac leaks what so ever, I sprayed carb cleaner all over the intake, vac lines etc. I'm back to code p0505... so im just going to replace the IAC i guess.

Update: with a question. I Pull the throttle body off the clean it and looked down inside the intake. Looks like there is some oil down there, not a ton just enough to see it reflecting the sun light. Could this be my problem?

Thanks for any help...

Without being able to put my hands on it, it's hard to say what the problem might be. If you saw white exhaust, it could be normal depending on ambient temps and weather conditions, or it could be the sign of a failing head gasket. You could remove the radiator cap with the engine running and see if it's pulsing up.
Depending on the age/miles on the engine, it's possible to have oil in the intake due to worn rings, valve guides or other components.
You didn't list your mileage, but being a '99 I have to assume it's fairly high. A vacuum test and compression test may reveal a hidden problem. Remember to do a dry compression test first then do the wet test.

little over 170k, talked to the old owner of the truck and he as never had the plenum gasket replaced. Truck does use tons of fuel, which is making me think it might be a blown out plenum gasket(even more so with the oil inside intake).
