Lightbulb An Idea

This is just a thought, i put it on the voltmeter and i get output on each metal tab, therefore i believe ...

Under the dash above the white box would be a factory blue plug in ( for a brake controller ) however my D does not have factory tow package therefore its not there, i'm assuming that this plug in the engine bay may be where that blue plugis connected to IF we had a tow package with 7 blade connector being the 7 blade is the one you would use with a brake controller???

sounds good lol although dont know if there is any truth to that idea.

Also i've been searching for engine wiring diagrams and havent found any that is for this area of the engine oddly enough its right next to the Fuse box hm?

P.S.S - If anyone has this blug plug for the brake controller under there dash could you trace back to see if this is it?

Mine shows 12v on o/b stripe and w/g stripe and 10v on orange, however i think they are grounds. When i test ground to these wires i get nothing move over to positive is where i get these readings but they are -12v. Switch to red lead on positive and black on these wires i get +12v readings. In my experience that tells me they are grounds. Anyone have any ideas?
