Hi all!! I have the 99 5.2 and in the past 3 weeks my turn signals have gone from working to somewhat working to not working at all. I bought a brand new turn signal arm assem, and relay. Still nothing. My flashers work wipers work and highbeams, but no signals. HELP!!!!

 

I would look at the Flasher unit or the bulbs as your culprit...

 

without knowing what you mean by kind of working and not working its hard to say for sure, but the multi-flasher sounds like al ikely culprit as old_school said
