So I was under the hood today, then I saw this sticker. It says there is a remote starter on the truck. I bought it off a dealer, and the key/remote is all i was given. How can I find out where/if I have a remote starter so I might be able to get a remote for it.

 

try pressing the lock button twice, i have heard of a system which uses the factory fobs and i can only guess that is how it would work, i have never seen an aftermarket remote start system in person which doesnt add a fob to your keys.

also check under the hood and dash ffor extra boxes with wires going to them
