Possible Duragno Purchase
Like rawyzf said you probably could talk them down if you really did want that one.
The motors in these trucks are really robust. There are quite a few people on here and other forums with over 300,000 miles, a few with over 400,000 miles, and I've even heard of some with more than that. My 69 Plymouth with over 300,000 miles on it still has the original engine and transmission (the same basic engine and transmission in the 5.2 and 5.9 trucks) in it and no major work on either. Good maintenance is the key here.

Seen one in that rare blue in FL...thought that's a long drive. But when was the last time you have seen yours let alone I have never seen my Chestnut Pearl other than one Ram.?
I don't know if I've ever seen another Durango the same color as yours, it doesn't quite catch the eye as much as the intense blue

Thanks, I love the color. It's a shame they only had it for 2 years on these trucks, then again I guess it makes mine more rare. I wonder if there are numbers anywhere with how many of each color they produced.
Well I've been looking and have seen some better deals elsewhere, unfortunately I live in the sticks so I'll probably end up driving in between 2 and 5 hrs to get a good deal.
But I'll post what I get when we get it. Waiting on the IRS now...

stewie01,
Keep in mind that 2001 is when dodge changed to the electronic 4x4 on these rigs. This may not be a big deal for you but, i have spent a few times crawling under the truck laying it snow to manually put it in 4x4 as the TC motor has failed. This was not in a dodge and i have not heard of to many issues with this on dodge but i thought i would throw it out there. With my experiance with this i prefer a manual lever rather than rely on a electronic system to shift for me no matter who makes it....
