If you can tolerate the MN winters, then it's a great place. You get all 4 seasons, and typically nice.

Something I have noticed (hopefully hasnt been mentioned yet) is heater core issues. My mom had hers go out in her 99 Durango 5.2 (not sure the mileage) and mine went out in my 99 Ram 5.9 at about 110k. With labor she payed about a grand to have it fixed, luckily I was able to replace mine myself. If you can smell antifreeze with the heaters on, its bad news bears.
