Found it!!!!!!! It was the wire harness for the neutral safety switch .. on top of the transmission it was melted.....thanks for the help

After i wrote my last post i remembered that mine had melted and i had to replace mine but, didnt get back to share it... glad you found it!
Well i tested the switch and ut tested fine but all the symptom s pointed to that switch so i traced the wire harness till i found that .....weird......but at least i didnt buy any more parts...lol
