tranny problem please help

Default tranny problem please help

hello need some help my 5.9 r/t is giving me tranny problems first it feels like its stuck on a high gear but i would play with the 4x4 shifter and the other shifter it would shift just fine but after a couple a days it would get stuck on high gear again also when stuck on high gear when im goin to take off it makes a whinning noise then the noise goes away till i have to take off again when it does happen the check engine light goes on and when shifting good the light goes off

Do you know what the codes are for the check engine light? I'm guessing the governor solenoid is sticking and causing you to start off in a high gear. The whining sound maybe a planetary gear set and if you don't have the transmission looked at soon. You maybe replacing it.

the code is 0753 solenoid persure read somewhere tha if would switch he relay it would fix th promblem soi did try that and s far its working fine but if it does do it to change filter an d pan and change solenoids
