Question 2000 5.9 AC Compressor seized, need your help

Hi, the ac compressor seized on my 2k 5.9l D. I understand that I need to replace the compressor/clutch assy, the accumulator, condenser, and both front and rear expansion valves. I also need to flush the system out to get rid of metal fragments from the compressor. I'm an hvac tech and am up to the job from a tech perspective. I do have some questions:

1. Can I get some advice on how to flush the system? Especially the rear a/c lines and evap.

2. The main front lines have a "muffler"...do they need replaced?

3. The front TXV is at the passenger firewall, yes? Where is the rear expansion valve?

4. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Tim

Since your replacing all the other things it would not hurt... its only a 50 somthing dollar hose.
