Copper heads for the 5.2 and 5.9 motors. If ran in the 4.7 they won't last. I got 12k miles out of mine on the 4.7. I tried the Bosch something's. $1.90 on rockauto
you did choose a bad plug, the 4.7 likes copper plugs just like the older engines, and the copper plugs last about 30k miles in the 4.7 (i speak from 120k miles of experiences w/ the engine)
the copper plugs cost about $16 a SET (for 8 plugs) its a super cheap thing to swap them back out, and if the plugs are new enough you may be able to take back the wrong ones

And I disagree with the copper plugs. I have never heard good things with coppers on 4.7. Hck after 12k miles my plugs were gapped to .75 and they were set to specs at .40
