I doubt it. As long as you buy from a reputable company..

And always use a Visa card as backup.

i thought there was speakers up in the dash by the windshield gues s i was just hearing the tweeter in the door haha

from what ive read our trucks dont have 6x9 there all 6.5 in the 4 doors thats it . is this true ?

Yeah, they're definitely not 6x9. There's one 6.5 or 6.75 in each door and the fancier stereo had a small tweeter in each front door too.

Sorry, I stand corrected. 6.5 (6x9 is such a common speaker size). I hardly ever drive my truck and I don't really pay attention to it so... sometimes I get my data mixed up

Yeah, you can go 5.25 with an adapter but why go down a size.

My rear speakers are shot and in need of replacement. Just curious but how difficult is the install? Just don't want to cause any damage to the door panels or power windows.
