Default 2003 AWD Durango Intermittent Grinding noise from right front

I've got a 2003 AWD with 190K on it. I has been well maintained, uses no oil and runs great. While driving down the road it will make a grinding sound almost like a spline being stripped, start out low and get louder and then just quit. I had the half shafts change out about a year ago. Any Ideas?

Could be a couple different things, I'd look at the wheel bearings.

+1 ThatGuy. Really easy to do. Get it aligned afterwards also.

Default 2nd shot not the front end

Ok, guys sorry I've been out of town for work. Just check both front wheel bearing sets seem to be fine. I warmed the truck up move it forward and back several times. The last time not moving ten feet forward it started making the sound again and continued even after I stopped. When I put it in park it stopped, sounding like I was putting it in park while still moving forward. Got to be an issue with the shifting of the trans. Tranny hasn't had fluid changed in 75K. IDEAS?

ok yall this is my problem i have an 03 awd durango. i was drivin down the road heard a small grind then a pop and lost mobility. didnt see anything broken from a quick view (i was crouched in the rd so) but when in any moving gear in awd there is grinding but no movement, so i put it in 4hi and it worked still had the grinding but was able to move, did my rear diff break or what i havent tried anything yet. im just confused and worried what kind of price am i lookin at.

You'd have to look more carefully at the front and rear ends, but if they look fine I'd suspect the transfer case.
