I've got a 2003 AWD with 190K on it. I has been well maintained, uses no oil and runs great. While driving down the road it will make a grinding sound almost like a spline being stripped, start out low and get louder and then just quit. I had the right half shaft change out about a year ago. Any Ideas? Second post dont seem to be getting any information. Also yesterday started it and backed it up in the drive and also made the sound when I just put it in reverse possible transmision?
