Is it M/F Switch?
Help, its raining this sucks. lol
Okay, discovered yesterday, my Indicator arm which houses the indicators, high beam, wipers/wash is not working. Also, the Fog lamps off of the Headlamp switch on dash is not working, along with the 4way emergency flasher on the steering column....
Any ideas, all fuses are good. Tried pulling negative cable for an hour, no change.

Unfortunately it's not. Having low power can screw with things sometimes though. Check the battery and all the battery cable connections, you might get lucky and it's just something easy.
Our Durangos wont tolerate weak batteries, I had one that load checked at 76% but that was not enough for for my D. New battery and all kinds of weird codes stopped. But to be honest I agree with shrpshtr, sounds like ctm.
Ok i picked up a used ctm, ,,, same issue. geeez loosing it. (tired of no wipers and driving with hand signals)... I checked battery with meter, and it shows roughly 13 volts... but didnt test with a load check etc...

JeeperDon had me under my hood yesterday, and there are at least 3 fuses that pertained to your lights/blinkers/etc.
